Antique French Parasol Umbrella Silk, Lace Ribbons Victorian Carved Handle

ITEM DESCRIPTION : A darling, Victorian era parasol umbrella made of black and white silk ribbons, lace and dotted tulle. Has a carved, lacquered wood handle with a branch decoration. Shillelagh walking sticks are made from that. The handle has a hinge and can be folded.There are some light lacquer chips on the handle and two rows of ribbons have come off, which we have saved. Some of the tulle is missing or torn. Has no holes or stains. Came from a smoke free estate. Please note the following item specifics.
