Antique Sterling Silver Rattle Snake Parasol Umbrella Cane Handle Maker Marked
Here is a handle that i beleave is made from horn and with silver or silverplate THAT HAS THE METAL PIN STILL INSIDE AND ALSO THE PIN IS IN THE BOTTOM TOP THAT HAS THE BRASS SEE PICTURES. This was a umbrella that is broken and needs to be restored handle with the original brass top and with the long metal rod that has the original holes for the umbrella. It is all original from the 1800's. And I will assume that it can be used for umbrella or a walking stick or cane. The handle horn is 5 1/2 the brass piece that is to be atached to the handle is brass with what looks like a hard horn not sure. It is 33" long from top to bottom with the umbrella rod and with the horn handle it is 34" (see photos). Really fantastic piece that needs to be brought back to the original state.
