This recent find is from the Estate of a Hobby and Antiques Store Owner and is an Antique Victorian Era Repousse American Sterling Silver Handle Umbrella/Parasol with snap closure Original cover. Handle has floral design and name engraved on end (maybe Geraldine)?

As would be expected with age, umbrella Black with white accent fabric is fairly brittle and has some holes/tears in it (see pictures 9-12). Handle is marked STERLING and in Excellent overall condition - Handle measures approximately 9L. Entire length of umbrella is approximately 35.5L.
