Antique Victorian Parasol Umbrella Black Brocade Silk & Lace Folding Handle
This is a Beautiful Antique Parasol/Umbrella. It is soft Black Brocade Silk with Black Lace around the edges. It has a Very Ornate Wooden Handle that collapses for easy carrying. The black metal cage inside is all good. It opens and closed fine and stay open.
It has a fancy metal slide that goes over the handle to secure it when it is fully open. I really don't see any issues, one very tiny tear in the lace near one of the tines, I almost missed it.
