Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Mother Of Pearl Umbrella Parasol Handle

The two sided handle is 8 1/2 long. Top of handle measures 2" x 3/4" and has three engraved initials. Mother of Pearl part is in very good condition. Two faces on lower sterling part have issues and same goes with the bottom. I wouldn't be surprised, if it was made by William B. It is impossible to decipher the touch marks.
