She measures 1 foot shoulder to shoulder. Bottom of dress is 2 feet side to side. She is 42 inches top to bottom. I do not know much about this doll.
She is very rare and unique. I have searched and searched.
She was my mother-in-law's. The body is a cloth. Photos do not do her justice. I was unable to detect any type of wear that stood out. However, she may present very minor wear from being pre-owned and vintage. However, she was not used but placed on a shelf for several years. Her body does turn slightly.
