Fine Vintage signed "Dresden By Peck" Crystal Table Lamp. The color is cobalt blue over clear lead crystal. The crystal is hand diamond-wheel cut from blue to clear to create stunning patterns of roses and geometric embellishments.

The base is brass with Greek key design. The finial and other metal parts are also done in a brass finish. It stands about 19 tall. The umbrellas shade measures about 10-1/2. The only minor damage is photographed in the last pic showing a scuff scrape like chip inside the clear cut design.

Brass parts also show some age. Maybe a brass polish would give them some new life.
