Still in plastic but I had to cut it out to show floral pattern! So it will be wrapped in tissue And packaged well! Clamps are included but one is missing because grandma used on her own umbrella!!! So if you already have a pole youll have the extra clamp there! Or find at hardware store! I have included a picture of grandmas umbrella in yellow she decided to keep (the covers do not fit hers / they are larger) just showing You the cute style!
